funk.rock.blues.swing.jazz...fun
While we haven't managed to get into a studio just yet, we do try and record most of our gigs. And hey, they're probably more fun anyway. We keep adding new ones all the time so check back often.

Click the speaker icon to play Summertime Summertime Our Steely Dan-esque take on this Gershwin classic. Recorded in Al's studio.
Click the speaker icon to play Ain't No Sunshine Ain't No Sunshine A tune written by Marvin Gaye but made popular by Bill Withers. Check out the harmonica solo by our good friend Milwaukee Slim and Steven's guitar work ain't too shabby either.
Click the speaker icon to play The Thrill Is Gone The Thrill Is Gone This classic BB King tune features Al on vocals, Milwaukee Slim on harmonica, Lee Anne Ames on tenor and Steven on guitar. The audience was totally into this groove.
Click the speaker icon to play Route 66 Route 66 Can we swing? You bet. We can jump and jive with the best of 'em.
Click the speaker icon to play Soul Dream Soul Dream This tune is by the Grey Boy Allstars. It's a great vehicle for solos by all and the audience dances up a storm. Recorded live at one of our regular gigs at the Wildcat Tavern in Jackson, NH.
Click the speaker icon to play Footprints Footprints One of our hot set closers, the classic Wayne Shorter tune done up in 4/4 time instead of the normal 6/8. Nice solos by Glenway, Mike, Jared, and Steven. Pretty cool how the audience gets into what is basically a straight ahead jazz tune! We must be doing something right...
Click the speaker icon to play If You Want Me To Stay If You Want Me To Stay A classic Sly and the Family Stone tune. We most definitely get the audience up and on the dance floor with this one. Recorded live at the Wildcat Tavern. Pop quiz - What famous popular tune from 1963 uses the same chord progression?
Click the speaker icon to play I'm Gonna Find Another You I'm Gonna Find Another You We really like John Mayer. He writes some great tunes and plays a mean guitar. You'd never think it would be his style but this is a great slow blues from his Continum CD.
